On Sunday I took the Dart to Howth, It was the last class in my Photography Course, a field trip to Howth Harbor
I was at a lose end after the lesson, as my hubby was in work so I took a walk around Howth taking a few photographs. Usually we walk along the Harbor wall but I decided to walk up the hill instead.
I was delighted to happen upon a fascinating museum of communications. Situated in the Martello tower. It is great to see old radios, record players, gramophones, televisions and Morse code machines but it is even better to see them working.
The guide was well informed and passionate about the history of all the artifacts.
The Tour cost €5
The view of Howth is breathtaking.
