Kilmacurragh Botanic gardens.

Not too far from Dublin just off the N11 after the glen of the downs is Kilmacurragh.
It is a beautiful spot, They don't have a coffee shop but there is lots of space for a picnic.

The Yew tree walk has a creepy feel as if the trees will come alive and reach down to touch you.

My Book shelf.

This is my book self I rotated the photo to make it easier to read the titles.I haven't read any of the fiction yet as I tend to give away books when I have read them.

I have been struggling to finish any books this year, usually I am a keen reader but for some reason I have being a very slow reader this year. I was reading  Cloud Atlas at Christmas but I just kept falling asleep. I always read in bed.
Any way I decided to change books and so I have just finished Triggs the Autobiography of Roy Keane's dog written by.Paul Howard
I am not a big football fan and I don't like dogs,  I am allergic. I do like Ross O'Carroll-Kelly.
My son was big into Man united and obviously Ireland during the time covered in the book
so I was familiar with events. It is obviously interesting to read about events from Triggs point of view.
I attended a talk by Paul Howard about this book when it came out so I was obviously keen to read it.
