Television

This is my weekly TV planner. I love sky+ it is so handy to record all the programmes I want to watch and then sit down and watch them when it suits me. Having said that we are thinking of getting rid of sky and using Saorview and netflix. I would miss some programmes but there are lots of series on netflix that i just don't have time to watch at the moment. I probably shouldn't start watching True Detective but it  sounds interesting. I am rewatching the Star Trek series from the beginning.

Garden

I love when the daffodils come out.These little ones are in a basket my daughter gave me a couple of years ago.

I planted some seeds yesterday. Snapdragons Sensitive plant and Asparagus fern.

A start

When my daughter moved out a couple of weeks ago I wondered what to do next. Starting a blog will I hope give me something to focus on and a new interest. The title was tricky to come up with. I was thinking of 'Empty Nester' or 'Second half'  as I will be 50 in April. I chose Granny because I love being a granny it's fun to play and teach  and sing and watch cartoons again. I have always been a bit of a Womble I have recycled and reused and refused all my life. Yes I am a bit of a hoarder.
